All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Local Delivery (Nantucket Only)
We offer free local delivery on Nantucket Island. If you are located on-island, your order will typically be delivered within 24–48 hours.

Nationwide Shipping
We ship throughout the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping times vary by location, but most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Delays & Carrier Issues
While we strive to ship promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather events once the package is in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office first.
